St. Lawrence County - The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority, as lead agency has determined that the proposed up-to-$136,000,000.00 St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Chatham Forest Products, Inc. project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Chatham Forest Products Inc., a Rhode Island corporation, which has applied to the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency requesting that it be issued tax-exempt bonds of up to $136,000,000.00 to fund a project consisting of: (A) acquisition of an interest in an approximately 70-acre parcel of land located on Wagner Road in the Town of Lisbon, St. Lawrence County, New York; (B) construction and equipping of an approximately 350,000 square foot facility to produce oriented strand board through the conversion and/or recycling of residuary wood fiber; (C) acquisition and installation of machinery, equipment and other items of tangible personal property. The location of the project is Wagner Road, Town of Lisbon NY 13658.

Oneida County - The Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency has determined that the proposal to amend the Official Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map as it pertains to two areas in the Town of Forestport, Oneida County (MA 2000-1) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The areas in question and their proposed classification are: Area A: State Land (Wild Forest) to Moderate Intensity Use; 7.7 acres and Area B: Rural Use to State Land; 1.5 acres.
