Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The Town of Livingston Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Webber Airport, Hangar, and Single-Family Residence will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of grass/sod runway, airplane hangar and single family residence for non-commercial purposes. The project is located at a 14.59-acres parcel at 59 Maple Lane, Town of Livingston.

Otsego County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land for the Morris Central School District, SED Project No. 47-12-01-04-0-001-007, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the purchase of 90 acres located at 65 Main Street in the Town of Morris.

Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Schoharie County - The New York State Education Department, as lead agency has determined the need for and accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed land acquisition and construction of a New Bus Garage in the Middleburgh Central School District, SED Project No. 54-10-01-04-5-009-001, Middleburg, New York. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until May 5, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 9.3 acres of land and a new 4,900 SF metal building, slab on grade, plus land clearing and grading and placement of an asphalt access road and gravel parking lot. The project is located Route 145 (Main Street) near Cotton Hill Road, Village of Middleburgh.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Albany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed addition to the Heatly School in the Green Island Union Free School District, SED Project No. 01-07-01-03-0-001-005. Comments on the Final EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until April 19, 2000. The action involves the addition of 40,182 square feet. The project is located at 171 Hudson Avenue in the Village of Green Island.

Delaware County - The Village of Andes, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed New Sewage Treatment Infrastructure Facilities Program for the Village of Andes, Delaware County, New York. The action involves the design and construction of a municipal sewage system consisting of a 62,000 gpd (maximum) wastewater treatment plant and approximately 14,000 feet of collection lines. The project is located State Route 28, County Routes 1 and 2, High Street & Cemetery Road, Village of Andes, New York.

Delaware County - The Town of Wallkill Planning Board, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed E. Tetz and Sons Asphalt Plant. The action involves installation of a hot mix asphalt plant with associated site improvements on Town of Wallkill tax lot 60-1-8.1. The project is located on Crotty Road between Crystal Run Road and Goshen Turnpike.
