Project Description:
 The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/In- stitutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit. DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements. This permit involves the surface discharge of 900 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to an Mosher Creek. Project Description:
 The Department has received an application for a Title V facility permit for existing air pollution control discharges at the Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) Natural Gas Compressor Station 254, located at 5035 Route 66 Nassau, New York, in the Town of Chatham, Columbia County. TGP is required to obtain a Title V facility permit as specified in Title 6 NYCRR Part 201-6 due to potential emissions of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) greater than 100 tons per year. This facility consists of one natural gas fired combustion turbine retrofitted with Solonex technology to reduce emissions and six compressor engines. All other sources are considered exempt and trivial. TGP will be required to conduct monitoring, record keeping, and source testing to demonstrate compliance with all State and Federal regulations. In accordance with 6NYCRR Parts 621.5(d)(9) and 201-6.4(c), the Adminstrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has the authority to bar issuance of any Title V Facility Permit if it is determined not to be in compliance with applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act or 6NYCRR Part 201. The application is available for review and comment at the Region 4 Office. Comments from the public will be received for 30 days from the date of this notice. Comments from the EPA will be received for 45 days. After that date, the Department may issue the proposed Title V Facility Permit if it has received no objections. This notice is an addendum to a previous public notice.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to place a trailer on his property and install a septic tank. The area for the trailer will be graded using 5-6 yards of crusher run. A portion of the trailer will be located within the adjacent area of freshwater wetland #L-10. The septic tank and leach field will be installed outside of the adjacent area of the wetland, with grading occurring within the adjacent area utilizing approximately 10 yards of sand and 3-5 yards of crushed stone. The project is located on the north side of Route 81, just west of Potic Mountain Road in the Town of Coxsackie.
