Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Verdoy Fire Station, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an approximately 21,800 sq. ft. fire station. The project is located at 988 Troy Schenectady Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County.

Albany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed land acquisition and additions /alterations to the Junior Senior High School in the Voorheesville Central School District, SED Project No. 01-10-03-06-0-001-010, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves the purchase of 28 acres and approximately 72,450 square feet of new additions.

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Rotterdam Home Care & Custom Sheds and Gazebos will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. building and related parking and storage for medical office and retail sales uses. The project is located 2944 Curry Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County.

Albany County - The City of Cohoes, as lead agency had determined that the proposed North Mohawk Street Reconstruction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed project is a Federally Funded highway improvement project that involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a 2.4 km (1.5 miles) of North Mohawk Street, the rehabilitation and modification of a masonary arch bridge (BIN 2-25956-0) and the modification of two culverts within the project limits. The project is located at North Mohawk Street.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Albany County - The City of Albany Common Council, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed rezoning of 365 Washington Avenue Extension (Washington Plaza). The action involves the rezoning from R-1B (Single-Family Medium-Density Residential) to C-PB (Commercial Pine Bush) to permit the construction of several buildings containing approximately 85,000 square feet of office space, with related parking, access, and infrastructure. The project is located at 365 Washington Avenue Extension, City of Albany, County of Albany.
