Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to remove and replace 75 linear feet of bulkhead and install 15 linear feet of new bulkhead to close off the existing boat ramp. Dredge to 4 feet below mean low water no greater than 10 feet off shore of the proposed bulkhead with resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material to be added to 50 cubic yards of clean sand to fill the boat ramp and backfill the new bulkhead. Remove the existing structure on the upland and construct a single family dwelling. Approximately 322 square feet of shoals and mudflats will be lost. The project is located at 126 Barbara Rd, Bellmore, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, septic system, garage, driveway, deck, and pool. The dwelling is proposed within 55 feet of Freshwater Wetland #H-32 at its closest point. Clearing is proposed within 27 feet of the wetland at its closest point. A permanent no-disturbance buffer zone will be established between the development and the wetlands in an area which is currently a lawn. A previous permit had been issued for development on this site.
