Negative Declarations

Ontario County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land for the East Bloomfield Central School District, SED Project No. 43-05-01-04-0-006-007, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves the purchase of approximately 80 acres adjacent to existing property. The project is located on Maple Avenue in the Village of Bloomfield.

Genesee County - The Town of Bergen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Bergen Water District No.2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately seven miles of water main in the Town of Bergen Water District No. 2. The project is located in the Town of Bergen.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Genesee County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed acquisition of land and additions/alterations to the John Kennedy Elementary School in the Batavia City School District, SED Project No. 18-03-00-01-0-008-007. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until April 10, 2000. The action involves the purchase of approximately 3.5 acres of land adjacent to existing property and 24,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located on Vine Street in the City of Batavia.

Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until April 10, 2000. The action involves the purchase of approximately 16 acres of land adjacent to existing property and 60,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located on State Street in the City of Batavia.
