New Notices for ENB Issue of March 22, 2000: 1

New York City Department of Sanitation (DOS) requests a solid waste management permit pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 360 and modification of an existing DEC Part 201 air permit for the construction and operation of the gas recovery system.

A hearing for public comment will be held on April 27, 2000 at 7:30pm. Written comments must be received no later than May 1, 2000.
