Project Description:
 The Department has received a complete application to install additional sterilization equipment at Griffith Micro Science's Kingsbury facility. The installation of new equipment will require that conditions in the existing facility-wide emission cap be modified. The applicant has agreed to permit conditions that will limit facility-wide emissions of hazardous air pollutants to .40 tons per year rather than the current cap of .27 tons per year. The current permit conditions regarding recordkeeping and reporting frequencies will remain unchanged. The application and draft permit are available for review at the Region 5 Warrensburg office by contacting Michael Sundberg of the Division of Air Resources staff.
