Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to relocate a storm sewer outlet from Collins Lake to Collins Creek to improve the water quality of the lake. The existing storm sewer manhole will be replaced, and a new 90-foot long by 30-inch wide storm sewer pipe will be installed. Approximately one cubic yard of rip-rap will be placed at the new pipe outlet to Collins Creek (freshwater wetland #S-144). The existing storm sewer pipe from the manhole to Collins Lake will be abandoned in place and will be sealed off at both ends with solid concrete blocks and mortar. The project is located on Washington Avenue near Collins Lake outlet to Collins Creek in the Village of Scotia.
