Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Boat Storage Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 50 ft. X 150 ft. metal boat storage building accessory to an existing Marina. The project is located at 18 Petten Street, Rochester, New York.

Ontario County - The Town Board of the Town of Victor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Transportation Addition, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Transportation Plan Additions to the Comprehensive Plan including a Sub-Area Traffic Study and technical traffic memorandum. The project is located in the Town of Victor.

Orleans County - The Town of Albion Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 5 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water to an area designated as the Town of Albion Water District No. 5, in order to improve the water quality and quantity available to residents in this area. A total of 65,300 linear feet of 8-inch watermain will be installed. The Village Albion will serve as the primary source of supply for the proposed water district. The project is located at portions of Phipps Road, Eagle Harbor Road, NYS Route 31 West, Long Bridge Road, West County House Road, Allen Road, Holley Road, Transit Road and East County House Road, Town of Albion.

Orleans County - The Town of Ridgeway Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 4 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves approximately 35,250 linear feet of 12-inch and 25,800 linear feet of 8-inch watermain along portions of Route 31 and Telegraph, Beals, Culvert, Taylor Hill and Knowlesville Roads and the Hamlet of Knowlesville, including Presbyterian Road and West Avenue. The project includes the installation of watermain and system appurtenances, including two (2) two-way meter pits and a PRV vault and service connections. The Village of Medina, which is supplied by the Niagara County water system, is to serve as the primary source of supply. The project is located on portions of Route 31 and Telegraph, Beals, Culvert, Taylor Hill and Knowlesville Roads and the Hamlet of Knowlesville, including Presbyterian Road and West Avenue, Town of Ridgeway.

Wayne County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a New Bus Facility for the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District, SED Project No. 65-09-01-06-5-014-001, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves 12,500 square feet of new construction. The total site area is 38.6 acres. The project is located on Yellow Mills Road in the Town of Macedon.

Genesee County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land and additions/alterations to the John Kennedy Elementary School in the Batavia City School District, SED Project No. 18-03-00-01-0-008-007, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the purchase of approximately 3.5 acres of land adjacent to existing property and 24,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located on Vine Street in the City of Batavia.

Genesee County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land and additions/alterations to the Senior High School in the Batavia City School District, SED Project No. 18-03-00-01-0-015-009, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the purchase of approximately 16 acres of land adjacent to existing property and 60,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located on State Street in the City of Batavia.
