Project Description:
The applicant proposes the mining of gravel and material processing with a small portable dry-screen that has a maximum operating capacity of 150 tons per hour, affecting a total of 6.8 acres of land. The estimated life of the mine is 9 years and the reclamation objective is wildlife habitat, recreation and pasture. The proposed site is approximately 500 feet north of NYS Route 244, immediately east of the Ward/Amity Town line. The haul road is proposed to access NYS Route 244.

Project Description:
The proposal is to reconstruct two existing roadways on the bank of the Lower Niagara River at two adjacent properties. The roadways to be regraded, at 3869 and 3843 Lower River Road are 430 and 350 feet long respectively. The purpose of the project is to provide access by tractor from Lower River Road to two pre-manufactured removable docks proposed to be installed along the river. The roadways will be paved with Coulock or similar type paving stones. Cross culverts will be installed to carry stormwater drainage. The properties are located about nine tenths of a mile south of the Village of Youngstown. Additional Application No. 9-2934-00221/00001.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to replace 18 existing dilapidated docks with 14 new docks constructed of structural steel tubing and treated wood and one floating dock. The new docks, combined with existing seasonal floating docks, have a capacity of 42 and 12 boats respectively and a perimeter area of approximately 55,000 square feet. The project is located in the east end of Tuscarora Bay (Wilson Harbor).
