Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to restore a marina by reconstructing 65' of bulkhead and constructing 15' of new bulkhead to close off boat ramp. Dredge approximately 450 sq. ft. and place 296 cu. yds. of material upland. Transplant approximately 10' x 18' are of patens, place 500 cu. yds. of gravel upland, install two finger floats, remove phragmites and remove exisiting jetty. The propoerty is located at 27 Gardeners Lane in Hampton Bays on Penny Pond.
