Negative Declarations

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Retail Pharmacy Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of the existing commercial and residential structures on the subject properties to accommodate the development of a 13,286 sq. ft. retail pharmacy building with a triple drive-thru operation. The project is located at 1490 Lake Avenue, Rochester, New York.

Monroe County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed reconstruction of Route 104, West Ridge Road, from North Greece Road to the Kodak Access Road Bridge will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction of West Ridge Road from North Greece Road to 270 meters east of Dewey Avenue. At the completion of the project there will be three lanes in each direction and a raised median between North Greece Road and Mayflower Street. Between Mayflower Street and just east of Dewey Avenue, there will be three lanes in each direction and a two-way center left turn lane. The project will also include a new storm sewer system, curbs, sidewalks, traffic signals and landscaping. In addiiton, bike space will be provided along each curb line. The project is located in the City of Rochester and Town of Greece.

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land and additions/alterations to the Spencerport Senior High School in the Spencerport Central School District, SED Project No. 26-10-01-06-0-008-007, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves the site acquisition of approximately 35 acres and approximately 35,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located at 2727 Spencerport Road in the Town of Ogden.

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a new elementary school in the Spencerport Central School District, SED Project No. 26-10-01-06-0-015-001, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves approximately 73,000 square feet of new construction on existing property located on Lyell Avenue in the Town of Ogden.

Positive Declaration

Monroe County - The Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed addition of live entertainment to bar/restaurant may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the addition of live entertainment to an existing bar/restaurant; a use prohibited in the district and not meeting the off-street parking requirement. The project is located at 1700 Clifford Avenue, Rochester, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed land acquisition and construction of a New Elementary School for the Fairport Central School District, SED Project No. 26-13-01-06-0-021-001. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until March 23, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 88 acres and 106,000 square feet of new construction. The project is located on Victor Road in the Town of Perinton.

Notice of Acceptance of Revised Draft EIS

Steuben County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed land acquisition for the Greenwood Central School District, SED Project No. 57-15-01-04-5-002-003. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until the revised date of March 20, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 5.3 acres adjacent to existing property. The project is located on Main Street in the Town of Greenwood.
