Clinton County - The City Council of the City of Plattsburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Former Air Base Housing Redevelopment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of approximately 93 acres of townhouse/multi-family housing units at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base. 18 acres of the project are currently within the boundary of the City of Plattsburgh and 75 acres are currently located within the Town of Plattsburgh. The project premises are currently owned by the United States Air Force. The project is located at Maine Road & Vicinity in the town and city of Plattsburgh.

Saratoga County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has required and accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed additions and alterations to the Maple Avenue Middle School in the Saratoga Springs City School District, SED Project No. 52-18-00-01-0-003-008. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until March 24, 2000. The action involves 108,000 square feet of new additions on existing property. The project is located at 515 Maple Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs.
