Project Description:
 Alliance Paving Materials Inc. proposes to operate a sand and gravel mine within a 39.5 acre life of mine area, on 181.8 acres owned by John O. Warcup, 9457 River Road, Westernville, N.Y. Approximately 14.3 acres will be affected during the coming five (5) year permit term. Mining will involve excavation by front end loader in a series of face cuts up to 25 feet in height. The sand and gravel will initially be either be removed as bank run or be processed on-site. The project is located 1500 feet west of the intersection of River Road and Quaker Hill Road in the Town of Western.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to mine 19.7 acres of sand and gravel from a 19.7 acre life of mine on a 32.6 acre parcel owned by the applicant. The site is located approximately 2.5 miles south of the Hamlet of West Pierrepont. It is further located on the east side of Clare Road, 900' south of Deans Corners. It is anticipated that 6.7 acres would be mined during the five year permit term.
