Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a retention/detention pond in the wetland and adjacent area of FWW VT-2. The pond is located to the northwest of the intersection of Cork Road and NYS RT 251 and southwest of the former NY Central Railroad. The pond will serve as a stormwater facility for a single lot subdivision of the Victor Heights Corporate Park. Application materials are available for public review and comment at the Regional Office of NYS DEC.
