Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct and operate an activated sludge/ extended aeration wastewater treatment plant to provide treatment for up to 28,400 gallons per day of wastewater from the Sun Castle Development. The treated wastewater will be discharged to groundwater on-site. The facility is located on the east side of Route 9N approximately .1 mile north of Stone Schoolhouse Rd. The draft SPDES permit is available by contacting Randy Galusha, P.E. of the Division of Water staff in Warrensvburg.
