Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a one-family two-story house including three two-car garages, driveway, patio and drywells within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Freshwater Wetland AR-3 (Richmond Creek). Buffer plantings will be established between the wetland and the development to reduce impacts. As part of the project, the Staten Island Borough President's Office has issued a "Letter of No Objection" for the dissolution of Spruce Street between St. George Road and Nugent Street. The project is located at the intersection of St. George Road and Spruce Street, Staten Island Block 2274, Lots 1, 3, 41 and 45.
