Chestnut Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the addition of a portion of the Rose Garden Apartments on Black River Boulevard and Hummels Minimall on E. Chestnut Street to an existing C-2 zoning District.. The project is located on Black River Boulevard and E. Chestnut Street in the City of Rome.

The action involves the replacement of undersized water mains along Main, Michigan, Huron, St. Clair and Superior Streets and the installation of a new meter and control valves vault at the western village limits on County Route 190. The project is located in the Village of Glen Park.
