Project Description:
 Amend existing permit to authorize dredging of a 225' long x 80' wide x 1' to 2' deep offshore area, and install a floating dock system consisting of a 200' x 8' main dock and 14 finger docks each measuring 24' x 4' all located in French Creek Bay, St. Lawrence River offshore from 1044 State Street, Clayton, New York.

Project Description:
 The project consists of a modification to the existing permit by the addition of approximately 65 acres on the David Pierce farm d/b/a Royal J. Acres located at 58 McGowan Road, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. The process is the land application of aerobically digested municipal sludge from the Village Wastewater Treatment Plant by chisel plowing the sludge a minimum of 12 inches below the surface.
