Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to expand the capacity of an exsiting permitted SW transfer station. The applicant proposes to increase the amount of municipal SW from 300 tpd to 345 tpd and construction and demolition debris from 50 tpd to 175 tpd. Existing structures at the facility will not be expanded nor will any new structures be constructed. Facility is located at Flints Crossing Road east of NYS Rt 22 and north of Exit B3 of the NYS Thruway Town of Canaan Columbia County.
