Negative Declaration

Albany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that in the Guilderland Central School District, the proposed land acquisition and construction of a New Bus Garage, SED Project No. 01-08-02-06-5-016-001 and the proposed land acquisition and alterations at Guilderland High School, SED Project No. 01-08-02-06-0-005-015, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action for Project No. 01-08-02-06-5-016-001 involves the site purchase of approximately 7 acres and 25,000 square feet of new construction. The action for Project No. 01-08-02-06- 0-005-015 involves the site purchase of 7.2 acres. The projects are both located on School Road in the Town of Guilderland.

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Delaware Wildlife Management Area #90, Stands D-2 and M-4 - Site Preparation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a herbicide reduction of ferns, non-commercial tree species and undesirable low valued tree species to allow the natural regeneration of desired tree species such as black cherry and white ash. The action is to take place on three sites totaling 54 acres, presently occupied by stands of black cherry and white ash. Impact on public health is minimal. Personnel will be equipped with safety equipment. Also, following label instructions for the application will minimize risk. The project is located approximately four miles southeast of the Town of Walton.

Delaware County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed addition and alteration for the Margaretville Central School in the Margaretville Central School District, SED Project No. 12-14-01-04-0-001-006, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a two story addition of approximately 58,700 square feet. The project is located on Main Street in Margaretville, New York.

Otsego County - The Town of Hartwick Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Hartwick Highlands Campground will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 100 individual campsites including two accessory structures of 3,000 square feet and 2,400 square feet for storage, store space, office space, a game room and bathroom on 30 acres of a 107 acre site. The project is located at 131 Burke Hill Road, Milford in the Town of Hartwick.

Positive Declaration

Otsego County - The Town of Hartwick Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Park View Village may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the proposed construction of a seasonal lodging facility to be built on an approximately 20 acre site. The project is located On NYS Route 28 Hartwick Seminary, Town of Hartwick.
