Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to construct two fire access lanes on exsiting lawn area between three condominium buildings and Irodequoit Bay for emergency access. The 20 ft. by 680 ft. and 20 ft. by 280 ft. lanes are partially within the 100 ft. adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland RE-1 (I). Some of the excess spoil is proposed to be used as backfill onsite as part of a proposed shoreline erosion control project. This project involves installation of approximately 680 ft. of sheet pile breakwall along the shore of Irondequoit Bay. The project is located at 100 Bay Village Drive in the Town of Irondequoit.

Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to construct a new bus garage and Middle School on a 43 acres parcel east of and directly adjacent to the existing R.L. Thomas School Campus. Project will impact .66 acre of federal wetland. As a condition of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit No. 26 a mitigation plan has been proposed for the northern boundary of the site. Compliance with the Department's Stormwater State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) General Permit for Construction Activities will be required. Project is located west of Hard Rd. and north of Publishers Parkway.

Project Description:
 The Department has completed its initial review of a Mined-land Reclamation permit application by the Town of Addision for a modification to the current McCarthy sand and gravel mine. The modification would add 9.4 acres of sand and gravel reserves to the 19.1 acre life-of-mine.(LOM) There are no changes otherwise proposed for any operational change at the pit. No changes to the rate of mining, material processing, truck traffic, hours of operation or final reclamation are being proposed. The mine site is located on McCarthy Road, near the Vastbinder Road intersection in the Town of Erwin.
