Project Description:
The applicant proposes to take an additional supply of water for use in the existing system, serving the Maple Lane Mobile Home Park, by the installation of a new well (well #3) with a maximum capacity of 20 gallons per minute. The additional capacity will provide a reserve for emergencies and a more reliable supply. Total combined water taking will be approximately 17,000 gallons per day. Project also involves the installation of a 27,000 gallon storage tank, new pump station and distribution system improvements, one 4 inch line of which will cross a class C(ts) tributary of the Roeliff Jansen Kill. Maple Lane Mobile Home Park is located on Maple Lane, approximately 2500 feet west of the intersection with Route 19 in the Town of Livingston, Columbia County.
