Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a driveway for a single family residence within DEC Freshwater Wetland GO-36 (Class III) and the 100-foot adjacent area. The project site is located on the southwest side of Old Chester Road approximately 0.25 mile (1,300 feet) southeast of the City of Goshen city limits. The proposed driveway is 12 feet wide by about 1,300 feet long, about 250 linear feet of which will be located within the regulated area. The construction will result in the clearing and grading of about 0.14 acre of land within the wetland (0.05 acre) and 100-foot adjacent area (0.09 acre).

Project Description:
 The project sponsor requests permit approval for a permit to construct a ten foot wide driveway, 300 feet in length, and associated utility trench and retaining wall, through the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland GR-3. The driveway will gain access to an area outside the freshwater wetland and its 100 adjacent area where the applicant will construct a single family home, well, and septic system. The project is located on the east side of Dutch Hollow Road, approximately one mile north of the Village of Greenwood Lake.

Project Description:
 The Department has prepared a Draft Permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the NYS Environmental ConservationLaw (ECL) and Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments and made a tentative determination to approve this application for the Applicant's Stony Point Gypsum Board facility located in the Town of Stony Point, Rockland County, New York. The United States Gypsum Company operates a Gypsum Board Manufacturing Operation at its Stony Point Facility. The Facilty is major for both NOx and particulates. The facility is subject to both the particulate and opacity standards of 6NYCRR 212, 40CFR60-OOO and 40CRF60UUU. The facility is using baghouses equipped with pressure differential devices to meet the particulate standards. In accordance with 6NYCRR Parts 621.5(d)9 and 201-6.4(c), the Administrator of United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has the authority to bar issuance of any Title V Facility Permit if it is determined not to be in compliance with applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act or 6NYCRR Part 201. The Application and Draft Permit are available for review at the Region 3 office of the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation.
