Negative Declarations

Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer System Improvement Project (Phases 1 - 5) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves sanitary sewer system improvements to include replacement or repair of approximately 23,500 feet of existing sanitary sewers in the Village, including relocation of approximately 1,800 linear feet along Village streets near Lakeview Drive and relocation of approximately 200 linear feet in the Council Rock area. The project is located in the Village of Cooperstown.

Schoharie County - The Board of Trustees, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Section 7-722 of the Village Law. The project is located in the Village of Cobleskill.

Notice of Positive Declaration and Acceptance of Draft EIS

Albany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed acquisition of land and building (St. Michael's Parochial School) in the Cohoes City School District, SED Project No. 01-05-00-01-0-015-001. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until February 11, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 1.15 acres with an existing building. The size of the existing building is 8,500 square feet. The project is located at 21 Page Avenue in the City of Cohoes.

Notice of Positive Declaration

Rensselaer County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed addition and alterations to the Columbia High School in the East Greenbush Central School District, SED Project No. 49-03-01-06-0-009-005, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an addition of 73,450 square feet. The project is located at 962 Luther Road in the Town of East Greenbush.
