Project Description:
The project sponsor requests permit approval for a permit to realign two unnamed tributaries to the Ramapo River, Class B water bodies, at several locations through pipes and install outfall structures and rip rap in order to develop a 103 lot subdivision. The tributaries are dry channels at several locations and the tributaries have been previously modified by an existing subdivision located north of this project site. A Storm Water Management Plan has been developed that satisfies the requirements of the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Construction Activity. The project is located on the west side of Rye Hill Road in the southeast section of the Village of Monroe.
