Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct 4 single family dwellings, extend an existing road and construct a new road to access the dwellings. The westernmost dwelling is proposed within 46 feet of the tidal wetlands at the site and the end of the proposed road will be within 15 feet of the tidal wetlands at the site. Variances from the 75 foot minimum setback from tidal wetlands has been requested. Variance from the 20% maximum lot coverage requirement for 3 of the 4 lots has also been requested. The project is located on the south side of 11th St. (paper street), east of Oakland Ave., Woodmere, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, NCTM# Section 39, Block 290, Lots 11 through 25.
