Negative Declarations

Allegany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that proposed construction of a new bus garage in the Genesee Valley Central School District, SED Project No. 02-07-02-04-5-011-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 16,000 square feet of new construction. The project is located on County Route 48 in the Town of Amity.

Allegany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a New Pre K-12 Building in the Genesee Valley Central School District, SED Project No. 02-07-02-04-0-012-001, will not have a significant environmental impact. The Action involves 200,000 square feet of new construction. The project is located on County Route 48 in the Town of Amity.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NEC Transit/William LLC Rezone, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 15 acres from CM to GB and approximately 21 acres from R-1 to GB for a total of 36 acres to be rezoned at the northeastern quadrant of the intersection of Transit Road and William Street. The project is located at the NE intersection of Transit Road and William Street in the Town of Lancaster.
