Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Pompey, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed installation of a new, self-supporting Doppler weather radar tower and radar equipment shelter will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a 90-foot tower, which will be mounted on four concrete piers. An 18-foot radome antenna will be mounted on top of the tower. A small shelter (approximately 10'X10') will be constructed at the base of the tower and will house the data analysis hardware. The project is located at 7228 Sevier Road, Town of Pompey.

Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Manlius, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kirkwood Park, may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted until January 31, 2000. The action involves the proposed change of zone of 45.5 acres of Residential-Agricultural land to an Industrial Zone to create an 85-acre business/manufacturing park. The project is located on Kirkville Road in the Town of Manlius.
