Negative Declarations

Jefferson County - The Jefferson County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed purchase of real property for a potential court complex, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition of the existing building located at139-140 Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York and the existing building located at 145 Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York, for the purposes of a potential new or improved county, family and surrogate's court, Supreme Court Library, related facilities for Sheriff and Commissioner of Jurors and other related buildings and facilities. The project is located at 137 - 143 Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York, and 145 - 151 Arsenal Street, Watertown.

Oneida County - The Town of Marcy, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer Contract 23 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of 5,500 lf of existing 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer with new 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer on River Road and NYS Rt. 291 in the Town of Marcy. The new sewer will follow existing alignments, will be constructed parallel to the existing sewer, and will be located within existing town sewer easements and public rights-of-way. This action is being undertaken pursuant to the NYS Clean Water State Revolving fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act. The CWSRF Project Number is 6052-04. The project is located on River Road and NYS Rt. 291in the Town of Marcy.

St. Lawrence County - The Town of Gouverneur, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed extension of water service - Johnston Road, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed extension of water service along Johnston Road, NYS Route 11 and Quarry Road. This project will provide water from the Village of Gouverneur to approximately two-hundred-thirty (230) residents and businesses in the area. The project is located in the Town of Gouverneur.

St. Lawrence County - The Town of Gouverneur, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed extension of water service - Fox Farm Road, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed extension of water service along Fox Farm Road, NYS Route 11 and Dodds Road. This project will provide water from the Village of Gouverneur to approximately ninety (90) residents and businesses in the area. The project is located in the Town of Gouverneur.
