Project description and location: The project consists of the installation of a 12 ft. wide by 340 ft. long driveway that involves crossing an intermittent stream and associated wetlands. There will also be a new parking and turnaround area constructed at the terminus of the new driveway. Approximately 200 sq. ft. of wetlands/stream bed will be filled at the driveway crossing. Two 18" culverts will be installed to maintain existing hydrological flow through the new driveway. Erosion control measures will be utilized to prevent siltation or erosion of the wetlands and intermittent stream. All disturbed soils will be seeded, mulched and stabilized prior to removing the erosion control measures. To mitigate the wetland/stream bed filling 300 sq. ft. of material will be excavated from an existing driveway and parking area along wetland boundaries to create new wetlands. 18" red maple seed stock and arrowwood stems will be planted in the new wetlands to enhance wetland vegetation growth. The new driveway is necessitated by loss of the use of an existing driveway on adjoining property for which there was no legal right-of-way. The project is located in the Town of Inlet, Hamilton County.

Project description and location: The project involves a subdivision of 49.9 acres in a Low Intensity Use and a Resource Management land use area into five lots, after-the-fact. The property is developed by one pre-existing single family dwelling in the Low Intensity Use land use area and one single family dwelling in the Resource Management land use area constructed in 1980. No additional principal building rights remain with the Resource Management land use area portion of the property. The existing on-site wastewater treatment systems serving each of the two single family dwellings on the project site are substandard and in non-compliance with New York State Department of Health standards and will be replaced. There are no wetlands or surface water features on the project site. The project is located in the Town of Franklin, Franklin County.

Project description and location: Four-lot subdivision of 95 acres creating 3 - 10 acre lots and 1 - 65 acre lot, involving wetlands. Two of the 10 acre lots are currently developed with a mobile home on each lot and the third 10 acre lot will have a single family dwelling constructed upon it. The 65 acre lot will be owned in common by the owners of the 3 - 10 acre lots and no new land use or development is proposed on the 65 acre lot at this time. The project is located on the north side of Baptist Church Road and west side of Brookfield Road Town of Essex, Essex County.
