Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to restore an area of 5 man-made gravel "finger" shoals and 4 channels in the Conesus Lake nearshore in order to eliminate stagnant, unhealthy water conditions, and dangerous muck. The method will consist of removing the muck from the channel bottoms, and shaping the gravel shoals into the channels, resuting in no additional fill below mean high water elevation and no additional fill above mean low water elevation. The excavated muck will be hauled to the applicant's upland property. Application materials are available for public review and comment at the NYS DEC Regional Headquarters.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a 23' x 20' deck and a 5' x 30' dock at his property next to Sandy Creek, which is within the Adjacent Area (AA) of NYS DEC regulated Freshwater Wetland HM-1 (Class I). The deck will be attached to an existing garage, and will extend to an existing sheetpile breakwall at the water's edge. The dock will be positioned parallel to, and flush with the lakeward face of the breakwall, and will connect to the deck. Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a 228 ft. by 470 ft. addition to the south side of an existing greenhouse at their facility located at 621 East Maple Ave. in the Village of Newark. The structure will be connected to the existing greenhouse by a 20 ft. by 70 ft. pile supported covered walkway which spans the tributary to Marbletown Creek. The building will be located partially within the 100 ft. adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland NE-32 (II).
