Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to replace four radio towers, 120 buried wires that radiate out 200 feet from each tower, anchors for guy wires and connecting buried transmission lines to a building. These activities are within 50 feet of Butternut Creek a class CT stream and minor disturbance to 1.2 acres of wetland and 2.0 acres of adjacent area. The project is located on Andrews Road, Town of DeWitt County of Onondaga.
