| Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rule Making |
In accordance with the provisions of the State Administrative Procedure Act (SAPA), notice is hereby given that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (Department), pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law, Section 11-0325 proposes to amend Part 11 of 6 NYCRR to adopt regulations that will maintain the commercial striped bass tagging provisions to assure public health protection.

Municipalities and Owners/operators of Public Drinking Water Supply Systems
Draft Amendment # 1 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan issued September 9, 1999, was published in the December 22, 1999 issue of the Environmental Notice Bulletin. The comment period for the Draft Amendment # 1 closed on January 7, 2000. The New York State Department of Health received no public comments pertaining to this amendment. Therefore, the amendment to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan is final as shown below:
"The New York State Department of Health and the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation amended the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Final Intended Use Plan dated September 9, 1999, to add a project to the Project Readiness list:
