Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to remove and replace 46 linear feet of bulkhead, install 42 linear feet of bulkhead within 18" of existing bulkhead, and to close off existing boat slip with 14' of new bulkhead. Additionally, applicant proposes to dredge no greater than 10' seaward of bulkhead to 4' below mean low water, and place resultant dredge material and additional clean sand as fill in slip. Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to excavate 18,700 square feet of upland to 4 feet below mean low water to create a boat basin. Resultant 7550 cubic yards of excavated material will be removed off-site and 2000 cubic yards will be utilized to create a berm along the northeast portion of the property. Install ramps and floats in the basin. Construct 1000 feet of bulkhead within 24" of the existing bulkhead and widen the existing (2) boat ramps 2 ft. The property is located at Wickham Avenue, Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, Tax Map No. 1000-114-03-01 on Mattituck Inlet Creek.
