Monroe County - The Town of Penfield Town Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Four Corners Revitalization Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted until January 13, 2000. The action involves the possible adoption of the Penfield Four Corners Revitalization Plan as an element of its Comprehensive Plan. The Town Borad intends to prepare a Supplemental Generic EIS to address changes to the 1990 Master Plan and Generic EIS. The project is located within a radius of approximately 2,400 feet of the intersection of Five Mile Line Road and NYS Route 441 in the Town of Penfield.
