Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install a residential driveway within DEC protected Freshwater Wetland RC-54 (Class II) and the regulated 100-foot adjacent area. The project site is located on the south side of Willow Glenn Road, approximately 0.4 mile east of the intersection with Dutchess County Route 54. The proposed driveway is 10 feet wide and approximately 330 linear feet will be located within the regulated area. The driveway will be constructed to provide access to a single family house to be built outside the regulated area.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install approximately 3,385 linear feet of 8-inch, and 6,155 linear feet of 4-inch plastic natural gas pipeline along the shoulders of NYS Route 311 and Putnam County Route 64. The project beginning is located at the intersection of NYS Routes 22 and 311. Approximately 1,250 linear feet of the pipeline will be installed within the 100-foot adjacent area of DEC regulated Freshwater Wetland DP-22 (Class I). The pipeline will be installed under the East Branch of the Croton River (DEC Water Index No. H-31-P44-24; Class C(T)) and Muddy Brook (DEC Water Index No. H-31-P44-24-25-1; Class D) using a directional drill.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to develop a 12.4 acre site for a new supermarket. The proposal includes the construction of a 61,000 square foot building, storm water management system, retaining wall, parking lot improvements, landscaping and associated grading and filling within 2.91 acres of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland NA-4. Also proposed is the demolition of an existing abandoned building, garage, outbuildings and the removal of debris from the site. Buffer areas along the Hackensack River, which runs along the west side of the site, will be restored and maintained. The restoration of approximately 0.44 acres of adjacent area and the construction of 2.52 acres of new wetland are proposed. The site is located on the south side of Route 59, approximately one-half mile west of its intersection with Route 303 in West Nyack.
