The project involves the subdivision of the 191.54 acre site into two lots, thereby creating a 4.08 acre lot containing an existing single family dwelling and two-unit multiple family dwelling (i.e. apartment building), and a vacant 187.46 acre lot. The project also includes after-the-fact approval of the conversion of an existing barn into a two unit multiple family dwelling. Both the dwellings are serviced by on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems. There are freshwater wetlands and two small ponds on the project site. The site is located within a Rural Use land use area as shown on the Park Plan Map.
