Project description and location: The project site is a 191.54± acre parcel of property located on the north side of the Forest Lake Road in the Town of Warrensburg, Warren County. The project involves the subdivision of the 191.54± acre site into two lots, thereby creating a 4.08± acre lot containing an existing single family dwelling and two-unit multiple family dwelling (i.e. apartment building), and a vacant 187.46± acre lot. The project also includes after-the-fact approval of the conversion of an existing barn into a two unit multiple family dwelling. Both the dwellings are serviced by on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems. There are freshwater wetlands and two small ponds on the project site. The site is located within a Rural Use land use area as shown on the Park Plan Map.

Negative Declaration

Franklin County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed additions and reconstruction to the Senior High School of the Malone Central School District, SED Project No. 16-15-01-06-0-019-007, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment.

Washington County - The Town Board of the Town of Easton filed Local Law No. 3-1999 on December 22, 1999. Local Law No. 3-1999 is a Land Subdivision Law incorporating local implementation standards for SEQR.
