Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to install 5,000 ft. of 12 inch diameter sanitary sewer forcemain within the 100 ft. adjacent area of NYS regulated wetland BF-I(II) and across Sing Sing Creek. Project originates at the Corning, Inc. facility north of Co. Rt. 64 and connects to an existing sanitary sewer adjacent to Co. Rt. 64 approximately 1.5 miles to the east. Trench plugs will be utilized to prevent dewatering of the wetland.

 The Department has made a tentative determination to approve an application for a new permit for a surface discharge to Irondequoit Bay of 300 gallons per day of treated sanitary wastewater from the applicant's proposed Mult Flo home treatment plant. The unit, which will discharge to a piped storm sewer directly to the Bay, will replace a failing system and provide service to the existing residence at 115 Shore Drive in the Town of Irondequoit. A draft permit is available for review and comment at the regional NYSDEC office.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to establish a Canal Access Center and associated facilitites along the NYS Canal adjacent to Bullis Park, just west of the Village of Macedon. The project includes the development of a public marina (38 dock slips), a hire boat basin (6 dock slips), land- scaping, lighting, parking, and construction of an 18,000 SF operational facility. Public water and sewer will be provided to the site. Part of the 6-inch sewer forcemain will traverse freshwater wetland MA-26.
