Project Description:
This Department has received a request to draft an initial permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility Permit, at the facility located at 26572 route 37, Watertown, NY 13601 which manufactures crushed limestone and black top paving materials, for Emission Units 1-PLANT, 2- CRUSH and 3-SCREE. This permit includes federally enforceable conditions to limit Carbon Monoxide and PM-10 considered to "cap" emissions below the applicable threshold level set forth in 6 NYCRR Part 621.5(d)(9) and 201-6.4(c). The draft permit with conditions is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC Office in Watertown, NY.
