Negative Declarations

Dutchess County - The Fishkill Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that Town of Fishkill Local Law No. 5 of 1999 will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. Local Law 5 of 1999 amends the Fishkill Town Code Zoning Regulations to allow for certain model homes in the RMF-3 and RMF-5 zoning districts.

Ulster County - The Town of New Paltz Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that amending the town zoning code to add uniform provisions applicable to the location, construction, design and placement of signs within the Town of New Paltz will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF FINAL EIS

Westchester County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed additions and alterations to the Chappaqua Library in the Chappaqua Central School District, SED Project No. 66-10-04-06-6-022-001. The action involves the addition of approximately 18,000 square feet. The project is located at 195 South Greeley Avenue in the Town of New Castle. Comments are requested on the Final EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until December 27, 1999.

Notice of Completion

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF SUPPLEMENT TO DRAFT EIS

Westchester County - The Town of Pound Ridge Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted the November 1999 supplement to the Draft EIS on the Pound Ridge Golf Club expansion proposal. The November 1999 supplement addresses groundwater impacts relating to the wells for the proposed irrigation system, including mitigation and corrective measures. The project is located on the west side of High Ridge Road in the Town of Pound Ridge. Hearings on the Supplemental EIS were conducted on November 16 and December 16, 1999. Comments on the EIS and Supplement will be accepted at least until February 7, 2000.
