Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to fill and shape a 270 linear foot section of eroded streambank along South Branch Cattaraugus Creek using material removed from a gravel bar at the same location. The gravel will be removed by a skimming type operation and all removal will occur above the normal low water elevation. The proposal is located at the applicant's property, 8490 Lange Road, Town of Otto.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to place up to 176 linear feet of existing and new rock riprap to protect the property from erosion. A ramp parallel to the bluff will be constructed to the beach area for the purpose of placing the riprap and for future maintenance. Material from the bluff cut along with fill previously dumped within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area will be removed from the site. The project is located north of East Lake Road in the Town Newfane.
