Negative Declarations

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a new Transportation Facility for the Churchville-Chili Central School District, SED project no. 26-15-01-06-5-009-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Division of Zoning, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Renovation of 192 Mill Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of a six story building into office on floors two through six with a restaurant on the first floor. The building is a contributing property in a district located on the National Register of Historic Places. The project is located at 192 Mill Street in the City of Rochester.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Taco Bell Restaurant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves the demolition of an existing funeral home and the construction of a Taco Bell sit-down restaurant with a drive through window. The project is located at 1625 Mt. Hope Avenue in the City of Rochester. The conditions imposed are related to the method of snow removal and changes to the manner of vehicle access to the site.

Positive Declaration

Genesee County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed land acquisition and new construction of a Junior Senior High School and new construction of a Bus Garage and Fuel Facility for the LeRoy Central School District, SED Project Nos. 18-10-01-06-0-017-001 and 18-10-01-06-5-018-001 respectively, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the site purchase of 25 acres; 120,000 square feet of new construction for the Junior Senior High School and 5,600 square feet of new construction for the Bus Garage and Fuel Facility. The projects are both located on South Street Road in the Village of LeRoy.
