Kings County - The New York City Housing Development Corporation, as lead agency has determined that the proposed 50 Greene Avenue Conversion project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the financing of the conversion of a vacant medical service building to a residential housing development to contain thirty-nine (39) units and sixteen (16) parking spaces to be located in the cellar level of the building. The project is located at 50 Greene Avenue on the northeast corner of the block bounded by Greene Avenue and Fulton Street to the north and south and Carlton Avenue and Adelphi Street to the west and east, Brooklyn.

King, Queens, Bronx, New York & Richmond Counties - The City of New York City Planning Commission, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Unified Bulk Program and Related Zoning Map and Text Amendments may have a significant adverse environmental impact and it will require the preparation of a draft environmental impact statement. The action involves a proposal by the New York City Department of City Planning to amend the Zoning Resolution to create a unified set of bulk regulations that will replace current regulations citywide. The project is located in all five boroughs of New York City. (This notice was published in error in the 12/15/99 issue of the ENB as a Negative Declaration.)
A public scoping meeting will be held on January 7, 2000 at 10:00 AM at the City of New York Department of Planning, Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, NY. Written comments will be accepted by the contact person until close of business, January 17, 2000.
