Project Description:
Applicant proposes to construct a 420 linear foot gravel driveway with utilities in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #R-26 (class I), to access a proposed house on a non-wetland portion of the property. A maximum 30 foot wide strip along the driveway will be cleared for a lawn. The project is located at the southwest corner of Kinns and Plank Roads, Town of Clifton Park.
