Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to develop residential lot #53 West Poplar Drive (aka lot 68 East Poplar Drive) of the Colonial Woodlands Subdivision by filling approximately 8,500 sq. ft. of federally regulated wetland. As mitigation the applicant proposes to provide funding; 5,000 for wetland curriculum development at the Bethlehem Central School, and 500 to Albany County Land Conservancy to oversee and consult with the school on the curriculum development. Lot 53 is part of a larger subdivision previously permitted by this department, and is located off Greenleaf Drive near the intersection of East and West Poplar Drives in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County.
