Broome County - The Broome County Legislature, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Otsiningo Park Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the upgrading and expanding Otsiningo Park. Elements include: 1) Extended linkage of existing multi-use trail 1.3 miles north to Riverfront Park; 2) Construction of 3 new soccer fields and renovation and upgrade of 4 existing fields; 3) 100 person picnic shelter; 4) "Field House" for restrooms and equipment; 5) "Overlook Shelter" along trail, and 6) Additional roads and parking for 220 cars. The project is located on the West bank of Chenango River, Towns of Dickinson and Chenango, Broome County.

Madison County - The Town of Lincoln Town Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Town Master Plan and Revised Town Land Management Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of Lincoln Comprehensive Plan pursuant to section 272-a of the Town Law and the adoption of a revised Town of Lincoln Land Management Law consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. . The project is located in the entire Township of Lincoln.
