Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed NYSUT Office Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an approximately 149,100 square foot office building addition and related facilities and change in use of an existing 50,900 square foot retail store to office use. The project is located at 800 Troy Schenectady Road in the Town of Colonie.

Columbia County - Pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law notice is hereby given that the State University of New York has declared that a parcel of land consisting of 0.8 acres situated east of State Farm Road, located in the Town of Kinderhook, County of Columbia, is no longer useful to it and is declared abandoned to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as unappropriated State land. This abandonment was approved October 28, 1999.
