Project Description:
The Department has prepared a draft permit and made a tentative determination to approve the discharge of 1750 gpd of treated sanitary waste from the Country Side Acres Mobile Home Park to the Little Brokenstraw Creek. The applicants facility is located west of the intersection of Route 76 and School Street, in the Village of Panama.
